2013 GLICC - 100 square Tournament No. 31
100 Square International Checkers
Great Lakes International Checkers Conference Tournament No. 31 - Manager & Tournament Director, Roger Blaine "zotshot"

Furry tops 100-square league again!

FURRY TOPS 100-SQUARE CHECKERS AGAIN!

Jesse Furry, from the state of Delaware, won 11 out of 12 games and drew one, to win the Great Lakes International Checkers Conference Tournament no. 31, held from the end of May to October 9 on ItsYourTurn.com.   Vern Cloud, of Michigan, was a close second, only 1 point behind.

GLICC was founded in 2003 by a group of amateur players who like International Checkers, a rather rare game in the USA.  We have been joined by several players from other countries, including 3 British and 1 Canadian this time.

Tournament no. 32 will start in about a week or two--we will send more e-mails on it.  If you like the 100-square game and have time for about 10 or 12 games at once, making about 1 move per day, consider joining us!   Roger Blaine "zotshot"  reblaine@hotmail.com
